Shipping Policy

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Since our championship belts and sports belts are custom-made, production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Custom Orders: Usually take 2–4 weeks for production.

  • Ready-Made replica Belts: Ship within 5–7 business days.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and courier delays.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress online.
If you haven’t received tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us at qabelts@gmail.com.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Shipping Delays

QA Belts is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays or strikes

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If a package is lost in transit, we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.


7. Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
QA Belts is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
