We take pride in crafting high-quality customand replica championship belts and sports belts tailored to your exact specifications. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Custom Orders

All our belts are custom -made based on your design, logo, and preferences.
Because each item is unique and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-made products unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our part.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at qabelts@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or partial refund.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.


Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of both the damaged packaging and the item so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
